Lock Up and Fix Invoices Received!

Just as I expected, the lock up and fix invoices were sent together! Our CLE sent it yesterday. I dropped by the house and the render on the upper storey was done. My SS updated me this morning. He said that the render was just the base coat and render completion with our preferred color will be done soon. To follow will be internal painting, electricals, installation of heating and cooling and tiling. I also set up an appointment to have a visit inside the house on Monday! Excited to see how it looks inside!
